DOD Recruiter

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Cleared Talent Sourcer / Recruiter to support recruiting efforts for DoD cleared positions. The primary requirement for this role is hands-on experience using ClearanceJobs.com to source qualified cleared talent. This person will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and helping move candidates through the recruiting pipeline for positions requiring active security clearances. Key Responsibilities: Source qualified candidates for DoD and cleared government contracting roles using ClearanceJobs.com Identify candidates with active security clearances such as Secret, Top Secret, TS/SCI, and Full Scope Polygraph Conduct targeted searches based on job requirements, clearance level, technical skill set, and location Reach out to candidates through email, phone, and messaging platforms Build and maintain a pipeline of cleared professionals for current and future openings Screen candidates for basic qualifications, clearance status, interest, availability, and compensation expectations Maintain accurate recruiting notes and candidate activity within the recruiting process Partner with hiring managers or recruiting leads to understand priority roles and sourcing needs Provide consistent candidate flow for open requisitions Minimum Qualifications: Experience using ClearanceJobs.com for sourcing candidates Experience sourcing DoD cleared talent Understanding of security clearance levels and the cleared recruiting space Strong communication and outreach skills Ability to identify qualified candidates based on skill set, clearance, and labor category requirements Organized and able to manage multiple candidate pipelines at once
