Paid Trial: Creative Strategy for Custom Gift Product Ads We're looking for a DTC creative strategist who understands emotional direct-response ads for custom gift products. We sell personalized gifts, and we need someone who can turn customer emotions into clear ad concepts that video editors and UGC creators can execute. This is not a generic social media strategy role. We need someone who can study what is already working in the market, find strong emotional hooks, and write simple creative briefs for Meta/TikTok ads. WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: 1. Review our product, current ads, and competitor examples 2. Find 10-20 strong ad angles/hooks for a personalized custom gift product 3. Turn the best ideas into 3-5 clear creative briefs for UGC/video editors 4. Explain why each angle should work for DTC buyers 5. Recommend which concepts we should test first WHAT A GOOD DELIVERABLE LOOKS LIKE: - Hook: the first 2-3 seconds of the ad - Target buyer/emotion: who this is for and what feeling it triggers - Creative concept: what happens in the video - On-screen text/caption ideas - Why this could convert - Any reference ads or examples you used REQUIREMENTS: - Must have experience with DTC/ecommerce creative strategy - Must understand Meta/TikTok direct-response ads - Must be strong at emotional hooks, UGC concepts, and customer psychology - Must show examples of past ad concepts, creative briefs, or winning ad strategy work - Bonus if you have worked on gifts, personalized products, jewelry, family, relationship, faith, memorial, or sentimental products BUDGET: Paid trial to start. If the strategy is strong, we have ongoing work for weekly ad angles, creative briefs, and ad research. Please include in your proposal: - 2-3 examples of DTC ad concepts or creative briefs you have worked on - One example of a custom gift or emotional product ad angle you think would work - Your process for finding winning hooks/angles - Your estimated turnaround time for the first 3-5 briefs
