Summary

I'm looking for a creative strategist with a strong DTC / performance-marketing background to own ad creative strategy across three of my businesses. You'll develop the creative — hooks, angles, personas, scripts, concepts — that I push as paid ads (primarily Meta, with YouTube and other channels over time). I run the media buying myself; I need someone who thinks in creative that converts, not creative that just looks good. This is a strategy-first role. Your job is to tell me what to make and why it will perform, backed by direct-response thinking and creative testing logic. The three brands: 1. Off-plan real estate — selling pre-construction property in Asia to international buyers. High-consideration, high-ticket; the creative needs to build trust and drive qualified lead generation. 2. Fitness studio licensing — a B2B licensing model sold to studio owners/operators. The audience is business buyers, so the creative is more direct-response lead-gen than consumer lifestyle. 3. Wellness retreat — consumer-facing, experience-driven. More aspirational and emotional creative, aimed at bookings. Three very different audiences (international property buyers, B2B studio operators, wellness consumers), so I want someone who can adjust angle and tone per brand rather than running one playbook across all of them. AI UGC experience — strongly preferred, close to essential: A big part of this role is shipping a high volume of creative, fast. I need someone fluent in AI UGC generation — not only to produce volume efficiently, but because certain ad formats are simply easier, cheaper, and faster to ship with AI than by hiring real UGC creators for every concept. I want to test more angles, more often, without the cost and turnaround of traditional UGC production.Ideally you have hands-on experience with tools like Higgsfield, Veo 3, and Seedance (or equivalent current AI video/UGC tools). If you can show AI-generated creative you've actually shipped, lead with it. What you'll do: - Develop paid ad creative strategy per brand: hooks, angles, personas, scripts, storyboards, ad concepts. - Build and iterate on creative testing frameworks — propose what to test, read the results, and turn data into the next round of creative. - Adapt messaging to each audience and funnel stage (lead-gen vs. booking vs. high-ticket consideration). - Work primarily for Meta to start, expanding to YouTube and other channels. You're a strong fit if you have: - Proven DTC / ecommerce or performance-marketing creative experience (not branding-only). - A portfolio of paid-social creative with performance context (CTR, CPA, ROAS, hook rate). - Solid grasp of direct-response fundamentals (hooks, angles, AIDA, problem-solution, unique mechanism). - Experience adapting creative across different audiences and price points. - Excellent written and spoken English. Real estate, B2B, or wellness experience is a plus but not required — strong DTC creative instinct that transfers across categories matters more.
