DTC Creative Strategist

We are looking for a data-driven DTC Creative Strategist to bridge the gap between our media buying and production teams. You will architect high-converting paid social ad creatives (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) by turning ad account data and consumer psychology into winning creative briefs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: *Data Analysis: Dive into ad metrics (Hook Rate, Hold Rate, CTR) weekly to identify creative fatigue and scaling opportunities. *Briefing & Scripting: Write high-converting scripts and build clear creative briefs for editors, designers, and UGC creators. *Angle Testing: Constantly develop and test new creative angles based on consumer pain points and social trends. *Facilitate client alignment meetings and collaborate with the creative team and video editors to refine, polish, and optimize raw creator footage into high-converting ad assets. REQUIREMENTS: *3+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce as a Creative Strategist, Growth Marketer, or Performance Director. *Proven portfolio of paid social ad concepts that drove profitable revenue. *Data-fluent: Able to navigate Meta and TikTok Ads Managers to extract creative insights. *Excellent copywriting and scripting skills optimized for direct response.
