DTC Finance & Reporting Specialist

We're seeking an experienced DTC Finance & Management Reporting Specialist to prepare monthly management reporting packages and maintain a comprehensive financial Databook for Amazon and Shopify businesses. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with DTC brands and understands how to translate financial and operational data into meaningful insights for business owners and investors. Key responsibilities include: Preparing monthly management reports and KPI dashboards Maintaining a detailed financial databook Reconciling Amazon settlements and Shopify payouts Analyzing sales, gross margins, inventory, and SKU profitability Tracking advertising spend (Amazon PPC/Meta/Google) and profitability Ensuring financial data reconciles with QuickBooks Identifying trends, risks, and actionable business insights Requirements: 3+ years of experience with Amazon and Shopify businesses Advanced Excel (Power Query preferred) QuickBooks Online experience Strong financial analysis and reporting skills Excellent attention to detail
