We build high-converting customer journeys, hyper-specific funnels, and direct response experiences that turn ad spend into revenue. That is what you will be doing here. The Role We are looking for a DTC Funnel Builder and Growth Operator to join our client delivery team. You will work directly with our leadership and our clients to build, launch, and optimize the web experiences and funnel architectures that power their growth. This is a hands-on builder role first. Strategy matters, and you will develop that muscle here, but your primary output is execution. You take a brand, understand the customer, and build the digital assets that move them from cold to converted. What You Will Actually Do - Build high-converting ecommerce websites and direct response landing pages from scratch using modern AI-powered tools - Design and build full sales funnel architectures: lead capture, VSL pages, product pages, checkout flows, upsells, downsells, and post-purchase sequences - Conduct deep competitor research and creative audits, reverse-engineering what top DTC brands are doing across their funnels, ads, and customer journeys - Write creative briefs and research hooks, angles, and narratives for video ad concepts based on competitor intel and customer psychology - Manage client relationships through the onboarding and build process, keeping projects on track and communicating clearly with brand founders - Collaborate with our AI agents and internal team to translate brand strategy into live, tested funnel assets - Continuously test, iterate, and improve funnel performance based on data and creative learnings You Are the Right Person If - You have built a high volume of ecommerce websites and sales funnels, and you have the work to prove it - You think in customer journeys and conversion logic, not just aesthetics - You are hands-on with modern low-code and AI builder tools: Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Framer, Webflow, or similar - You have deep experience with legacy funnel platforms: ClickFunnels, GemPages, Replo, Shogun, Leadpages, or equivalents - You understand direct response principles: hooks, offers, social proof, urgency, and what makes someone click and buy - You can look at a competitor's funnel and immediately identify what they are doing, why it is working, and how to beat it - You are comfortable being client-facing, professional, and clear under pressure - You are self-directed and thrive in a fast-moving environment where the tools, strategies, and expectations are always evolving Bonus Points - You have run or worked inside a DTC brand, not just as a service provider - You have experience with UGC and paid social creative research on TikTok and Meta - You have used AI tools to accelerate your build and research workflow - You have a portfolio of funnel builds with documented conversion outcomes What You Will Get - A front-row seat inside one of the most forward-thinking AI ecommerce companies being built right now - Direct mentorship from founders who have generated over $50M in ecommerce revenue and built eight-figure brands from the ground up - Exposure to the full growth stack: funnels, paid media, creative, lifecycle, analytics, and AI operations - A role that will compound your skills faster than any agency or in-house position in the market How to Apply Send us a message with the subject line **"I Build Funnels That Convert"** and include: 1.
