DTC Mailer Box Design and Production

We are seeking a packaging designer with experience in CPG, cannabis, subscription boxes, or retail activation kits to bring our existing "Awesome Box" mockup to life. This quarterly dispensary marketing kit will include product samples, lighters, stickers, lanyards, training materials, and QR-code-driven engagement pieces. We need someone to recommend the ideal box size and structure, recreate our premium concept as a production-ready design, and provide two alternative versions: (1) a luxury flagship experience, (2) a mid-tier premium option, and (3) a simple budget-friendly version. Experience creating print-ready dielines, packaging specifications, and vendor-ready files is required. Initial run is 100 units.
