WHO WE ARE Seasoned internet entrepreneurs looking to build multiple brands via development of a structured and replicable system system. Strong performance here means growing with the portfolio. Seeking an operator/executor partner. --- WHAT YOU'LL OWN — A real opinion on which products/niches to tap into, as well as funnel strategy — offer structure, pricing, upsells. Not just someone running the ad account. • Meta/google ad account — full management, creative testing, scaling, budget optimization • Klaviyo flows — welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback sequences • Attribution setup — Pixel, CAPI, Triple Whale or equivalent • Weekly reporting — real numbers, no vanity metrics • Creative feedback loop — brief the creative team, analyze performance, iterate • Landing Page testing and experimentation --- WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • Proven experience running Meta for dtc brands • Klaviyo-certified or equivalent hands-on experience building flows from scratch • Understands post-iOS 14 attribution — knows what MER, nCAC, and blended ROAS mean and how to optimize to them • Has managed millions in Meta spend independently • Can show real results — ad account screenshots, revenue numbers, CPA benchmarks This is NOT the right role for generalist social media managers or brand awareness buyers.
