We're Sparkl, a UK oral beauty brand positioned where beauty meets oral care (reference points: Rhode, REFY, MERIT). Sparkl was originally positioned as a whitening product brand but is being repositioned as routine led oral beauty. Our mission is to build confidence through oral care routines. A healthy, radiant smile is foundational to confidence. That's why we create gentle, high-performance products designed to care for teeth and gums, without sensitivity or compromise. We have a paid traffic launch on 1 July landing in our refreshed Shopify store, with retargeting on a relatively warm audience. We need the retention layer built and live before that traffic arrives. What you'll own: - Klaviyo email and SMS flows: welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase, win-back, replenishment - A launch campaign to our existing list announcing our brand refresh ("Sparkl had a facelift") timed to 28 June - Subscription setup via Appstle, modelled on the Skin&Me trial-then-subscribe approach - Retention strategy as we grow from a 2-product range to a full 5-product routine in August, where replenishment and routine-building are the whole game - Reporting: email and SMS revenue as a percentage of total, flow performance, list health What we have in-house, as part of our core team: a Business Development Manager, a paid ads lead, a tech and automations lead on Shopify, and a social media manager. You'd own retention end to end and plug into them. This is fractional, we anticipate an initial fuller work load to support the launch date, but with scope to extend on a part time basis on an ongoing basis. We care more about depth than hours.
