Summary Video Editor DTC Supplement Brand (Paid Trial) We're a fast-growing direct-to-consumer supplement brand scaling on Meta ads. We need a video editor who can build scroll-stopping ad creatives from scratch — no raw footage handed to you. What you'll do: Create fast-paced video ads for Facebook and Instagram. You source your own b-roll, stock footage, and visuals. You use AI tools to generate creative assets — images, scenes, voiceovers, whatever it takes to make the ad hit. You work directly with the founder and creative strategist. Fast turnarounds. We test hard and kill what doesn't perform. What we're looking for: Someone who can take a product, a script or angle, and come back with a finished ad ready to run. You don't wait around for footage. You find it, make it, or generate it. You should be highly proficient with AI creative tools — Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, Kling, HeyGen, or similar. You know how to use these to produce assets that actually look good in an ad, not generic AI slop. You understand direct response video. You know how to nail a hook, keep pacing tight, and structure a fast-paced ad that drives clicks. Supplement or health/wellness experience is a plus but not required. Comfortable in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve. Compensation: This is a full-time role at $1,500/month base + BONUS. Every winning creative that crosses $50k in ad spend earns you a $500 bonus on top. How to apply: Send 2–3 direct response video ads you've edited. Show us at least one where you sourced or generated the visuals yourself. Tell us what tools you used and why you cut it the way you did. No cinematic reels we want ads that sell.
