DTC Supplement Brand Video Editor

I'm looking for a skilled direct response video editor to join my supplement brand full-time (full time is required). You'll be editing voiceover ads using elevenlabs and capcut (or whatever editing software). You must have experience editing direct response style voiceover ads, preferably for supplement brands, and must provide me with some references of winning voiceover ads you've edited. Turnaround speed and consistent quality are the two things that matter most to me. Hit those, and the rest of your schedule is your business. What you'll be doing Editing direct response mini-VSLs from voiceover scripts and audio, start to finish. I provide you the script + brief and you do everything else - source b roll, create the voiceover w/ elevenlabs, put together the whole thing. Required skills and tools: Strong portfolio of direct response Facebook/Meta ads — VSLs specifically. Please send links. Deep understanding of DR editing principles: hooks, retention curves, pacing, visual proof, social proof overlays, urgency, etc. ElevenLabs — able to produce realistic, natural-sounding voiceovers (voice selection, settings, pacing, emotion) Strong B-roll sourcing instincts Comfortable working from a script + brief and turning it into a finished ad without much hand-holding (I can help via Loom videos, but after 2 weeks of training you should be capable of everything on your own) Volume and turnaround For full time work, I typically expect around 6 minutes of total video edited within an 8-hour work day (ex: 3, 2 minute voiceover ads). Obviously this may vary based on the specific ads and what not. However, on time delivery is non-negotiable. I need to be alerted if there is anything in the way Pay structure After the initial trial, we pay on a monthly salary, which is a flat rate. On top of the salary, you receive a bonus on every winning ad. I care about hard work and focus on getting better. Work whenever you want, I don't do any micromanaging. As long as the VSLs are done on time and quality, we're good.
