DTC/UGC Video Editor for Meta Ads

TITLE Video Editor - Meta Ads, UGC style (DTC supplement brand) DESCRIPTION We're a Nordic DTC supplement brand hiring a long-term video editor to join our performance creative pod. The pod is three roles working as an extension of our team - a graphic designer, a video editor (this role), and a creative lead - with direct communication to us. No agency layer, no PMs. The 10-video first project is also our test: if it goes well, we move into ongoing weekly batches. First project - 10 Meta video ads Cut 10 new ads from our existing footage library (founder, customer, lifestyle, product). 9:16 + 1:1 + 4:5, with hooks, captions, and pacing built for the feed. You should bring: - Portfolio of Meta video ads that have scaled - results matter more than polish - UGC editing instincts: hook in the first 1-3 seconds, sound-off captions, pattern interrupts - Ability to produce 5+ hook variations from one source clip - Fast iteration cycles - Comfortable working closely with a graphic designer and creative lead The Swedish question. Our raw material is in Swedish. You don't need to speak Swedish, but you must have a working method to understand the content before cutting (auto-transcription + AI translation, structured timestamp briefs from us, etc.).
