Maxivita is a fast-scaling DTC supplement brand with thousands of customers operating across Meta, Snapchat, and TikTok. We produce high-volume paid creative — UGC scripts, AI-generated ads, greyscale/warm split visuals, and mechanism-driven short-form — and we're scaling fast. This is not a brand-awareness play. Every asset we build is built to convert. The Role We're hiring a full-time Performance Video Editor who operates at the intersection of editing craft and creative strategy. You won't just execute briefs — you'll help shape them. You'll be responsible for producing scroll-stopping paid ads and iterating based on real performance data. What You'll Be Doing Editing UGC and AI-generated footage into high-converting Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat ad creatives Building AI-assisted video ads using tools like Higgsfield, Kling, or equivalent. Collaborating directly with the creative strategist to develop hooks, formats, and visual concepts Analyzing ad performance metrics and iterating based on CTR, hook rate, and hold rate Managing multiple creative variants simultaneously across cold, warm, and retargeting funnel stages Maintaining strict brand consistency (visual identity, tone, compliance guardrails) What We Require (Non-Negotiable) Fluent English — written and spoken. You will be communicating directly with the team and contributing to copy-level decisions Proven DTC video editing experience — we will review your portfolio and ask you to walk us through what worked and why Demonstrable understanding of direct response creative structure: hook → mechanism → proof → CTA Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools (Higgsfield, Kling, Nanobanana, Runway, or similar) Strong proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent Ability to operate with speed and volume without sacrificing quality What Separates the Right Candidate You've edited ads that have spent real money and performed — you can talk about what the data said and what you changed You think like a strategist, not just a craftsperson You understand what makes someone stop scrolling in the first 2 seconds You know the difference between a low-LTV creative and one built to retain customers What We're NOT Looking For Editors who need constant direction Generalist content creators without paid performance experience Anyone who leads with aesthetics over conversion To Apply Send your portfolio. Include at least 2–3 examples of DTC paid ads you've edited, and for each one — tell us briefly what the ad was trying to do and how it performed if you have that data. Applications without a portfolio will not be reviewed. Rate: Competitive, commensurate with experience Hours: Full-time Location: Remote — any timezone considered, overlap with CST preferred
