DTP Team Lead / Resource Manager for Localization Projects

We are looking for an experienced DTP Team Lead / Resource Manager to join our localization team and help us optimize workflows, supervise resources, and improve delivery quality and efficiency. Responsibilities 1. Team Supervision & Resource Management * Assess current team workload and availability to identify resource gaps and redistribute tasks effectively. * Dynamically reassign tasks to ensure balanced workloads and maximize team efficiency. * Prepare backup plans to minimize risks of delays or errors during absences. * Plan and conduct training sessions to improve team skills across different tools and platforms. 2. Productivity & Efficiency * Monitor DTP project delivery performance, maintaining at least 95% on-time delivery. * Identify bottlenecks and propose solutions to accelerate project progress and improve operational efficiency. 3. Quality & Compliance * Track DTP error rates and develop improvement plans to reduce quality issues. * Participate in client meetings to address and resolve technical questions or concerns. 4. Innovation & Process Improvement * Evaluate tools such as Phrase, Trados, and other localization technologies to identify optimization opportunities. * Implement automation initiatives and workflow improvements. * Document lessons learned and best practices to standardize processes across the team. Requirements * Experience managing DTP or localization teams. * Strong organizational and communication skills. * Experience with localization and CAT tools (Phrase, Trados, etc.). * Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. * Problem-solving mindset and process improvement orientation. * Fluent English communication skills.
