LS DYNA - Underwater explosion

Summary We need to develop in LS DYNA simulation for UNDEX and their influence on our underwater vehicles and structures. (Drones, Submarines, platforms, ships domes etc.) First thing that is also only part of this job i to set up fluid part of simulation. That includes: 1. Build best fluid model (setup) - reasoning in between different approaches and conclusion on which is the best. - Use Volume Fraction - Best to use examples from Scientific papers (recent), mention which one did you follow. 2. Place pressure gauges - Use several distances of explosions 3. Run baseline case One charge, one domain, one mesh. 4. Check pressure-time curve 5. Compare peak pressure - With analytics, state of the art experiment's - Cloe, Some recent Experiment, Paper 6. Run mesh convergence 7. Run domain-size, mesh, and boundary study 8. Check time-step sensitivity 9. Compare several distances and several charges + Additional things to consider. Validation is important. Be able to present and show exact approach and way to develop. Detailed all the steps. Important is to explain every step, how to develop a mesh, Setup KeyWords, We need to know exactly how is setup develop in a documented manner so that we can run them for our underwater drones.
