TITLE: Daily Social Media Monitoring & Data Entry VA — Long-Term, Detail-Critical ABOUT THE ROLE We run a media/intelligence service that tracks the public social media activity of a defined list of professional figures. For quality reasons, we have deliberately chosen to keep part of this process MANUAL — a trained human checking pages beats automation for our purposes. That's where you come in. WHAT YOU'LL DO (DAILY) • Work from a fixed list of public profiles we provide (primarily LinkedIn, plus a small set of TikTok accounts) — the list will grow toward 400–500 accounts over time • Check each assigned page for NEW public posts since your last check • For each new post, enter it into our simple online form: exact post text (copied verbatim, never paraphrased/summarized), the post's direct link, date/time, whether it includes image or video, and engagement counts at time of capture • Complete the full sweep and all entries by a fixed deadline each day (morning US Eastern time), 5–6 days per week • Flag anything unusual (deleted posts, changed handles, accounts gone private) WHAT WE REQUIRE • Meticulous attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed; we spot-check entries against the live pages weekly • Strong written English comprehension • Reliable internet and the ability to hit the same daily deadline consistently • Your own real, established LinkedIn account for normal browsing of public pages • STRICT conduct rules: no automation tools, browser plugins, or scrapers; no fake accounts; no contacting, connecting with, or interacting with the people on the list in any way. Viewing and recording public posts only. GOOD TO KNOW • This is a long-term, recurring daily engagement for the right person — we want one reliable operator, not a rotating team • Full details about the project and client are shared after selection and a short paid trial (approx. 1 week on a sample list of ~40 accounts) • Please start your proposal with the word PEACH so we know you read this, and tell us: (1) your daily availability in US Eastern time, (2) any experience with repetitive data-entry or monitoring work, and (3) your typical accuracy-checking habits Budget: hourly, approx. 2.5–4 hrs/day once at full list size. Rate negotiable based on experience and trial performance.
