Daily calender formatting

We are looking for a skilled and efficient designer to help us create a print-ready calendar with custom cover and packaging design. The project involves formatting 365 images with accompanying 365 quotes into a cohesive and visually appealing design. The final product will include a designed cover page, packaging/box design, a foreword, and a farewell message with a signature, totaling 368 pages plus packaging assets. Your Responsibilities: 1. Image and Quote Formatting: Resize and ensure all images are consistent in dimensions, as per the printer's specifications. Place the quotes on each page in a way that is easy to read but does not obscure the image. 2. Cover Page & Packaging Design: Design an eye-catching cover page that reflects the calendar's overall theme and tone. Design the packaging (box, sleeve, or wrap — to be specified) that houses the calendar, ensuring it complements the cover design and meets any print/die-line requirements from the printer. Design the foreword and farewell message pages to match the calendar's theme. 3. Calendar Assembly: Ensure all pages follow the formatting guidelines provided. Maintain visual consistency across the cover, packaging, and interior pages so the final product feels like a unified collection. 4. Final Deliverables: Create print-ready files in either .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or .pdf format for the calendar interior, cover, and packaging. Follow all printer instructions (including any die-lines, bleed, and packaging templates) to ensure files are ready for production. Requirements: Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, or other relevant design software; experience with packaging/die-line design is a plus. Attention to Detail: Ability to format and align content precisely across both interior pages and packaging. Time Management: Complete the project within one week. File Preparation: Familiarity with creating print-ready files, including packaging templates, based on printer specifications. Project Overview: Number of Pages: 365 pages for images/quotes, 1 cover page, 1 foreword page, 1 farewell page (368 total), plus packaging design. Timeline: Must be completed within 7 days. Output: High-quality, print-ready .ai or .pdf files for the calendar and its packaging. Additional Information: We will provide an example format for reference. All images and quotes will be supplied to you. If applicable, we will provide the printer's packaging die-line/template.
