Data Acquisition & Market Intelligence Specialist — B2B List Build (One-Time Project)
Worldwide
budget is a placeholder. *Overview** We are a venture studio building a new operating company in the [financial services / professional services] space. Before launch, we need a complete proprietary market intelligence layer built from scratch — a structured database of companies, verified contacts, relationship maps, and a competitive analysis, all loaded into our CRM and ready to use on day one. This is a defined, one-time project with clear deliverables, hard quality thresholds, and a fixed timeline. We know exactly what we want. If you're a detail-oriented researcher and data operator who takes quality seriously, read on. --- **What You'll Build** **1. Company & Contact Database** - 5,000+ company records (target vertical: RIAs, family offices, attorneys, CPAs, and similar professional services firms — US-based) - 12,500+ verified contact records linked to those companies - 3,000+ flagged as decision-makers / economic buyers - All contacts must have a verified business email (≥95% deliverability — we will run a verification check before sign-off) - ≤1% duplicate rate at both company and contact level - Data must be validated within 90 days of delivery **2. Required Fields Per Record** Company: legal name, website/domain, HQ location, industry/sub-segment tag, employee count band, entity type, LinkedIn URL, revenue band (where available), entity-specific identifiers (e.g., CRD# / AUM band for RIAs), data source reference, last-validated date. Contact: full name, title/role, seniority tag, company linkage, verified business email, decision-maker flag (true/false), segment tag, opportunity score/tier (A/B/C), LinkedIn URL, location. **3. Segmentation & Scoring** - All records segmented by: vertical/sub-segment, geography, org-size band, decision-maker role, and opportunity tier (A/B/C) - Scoring logic must be documented so we can interpret and apply it going forward **4. CRM Load** - All records loaded and configured in our CRM (HubSpot or similar — TBD) - Pipeline structure set up; segments applied; admin access transferred to us on completion **5. Relationship Map** - 1,500+ mapped relationships: decision-maker → referral source, advisor → client, association memberships, distribution channels, strategic partner links - Delivered as a structured dataset plus a visual representation **6. Market Opportunity Analysis** - Written report, minimum 15 pages - Must include: TAM/SAM/SOM with stated methodology, segment sizing and prioritization, geographic concentration analysis, underserved segment identification, competitive landscape covering 25+ competitors with positioning, and a prioritized target-segment recommendation including a top-100 account shortlist **7. Source & Licensing Log** - A documented log of every data source used and the basis on which it was used - We will not accept data from breaches, unlawful scraping, or other non-compliant sources --- **Quality Bar — These Are Hard Requirements, Not Guidelines** | Threshold | Requirement | |---|---| | Email deliverability | ≥ 95% verified | | Duplicate rate | ≤ 1% | | Required field completeness | ≥ 90% | | Data recency | All validated within 90 days of delivery | | Company records | ≥ 5,000 | | Verified contacts | ≥ 12,500 | | Decision-maker contacts | ≥ 3,000 | | Mapped relationships | ≥ 1,500 | | Competitor profiles | ≥ 25 | | Priority account shortlist | Top 100 | We will run a validation check on delivery. Records that don't pass are not counted toward the minimums. --- **Timeline** Target: 60 business days from project start. Milestone check-ins at 20, 40, and 60 days. --- **Tools We Expect You to Work With** Tell us what's in your stack. We expect competency with at least some of: - Contact/company sourcing: Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or equivalent - Verification: ZeroBounce, NeverBounce, Bouncer, or equivalent - Enrichment: Clay, Clearbit, or equivalent - CRM: HubSpot, GHL, or equivalent - Delivery: structured CSV/Excel + CRM load We are not paying for tools. You should already have access to the data sources needed to fulfill this scope. --- **What We Need in Your Proposal** Short proposals that don't address these will not be reviewed: 1. **Relevant sample** — a past project where you built a structured B2B database at similar scale. What was the vertical, how many records, what tools did you use, and what were the quality metrics on delivery? 2. **Your sourcing approach** — specifically for professional-services / financial-services targets (RIAs, family offices, attorneys, CPAs). Where does the data come from? 3. **Verification method** — what tool do you use and what deliverability rate do you consistently hit? 4. **Timeline breakdown** — how do you hit 60 business days? What's your Phase 1 / 2 / 3 structure? 5. **Your fixed price** — this is a fixed-price project. We are not hiring hourly. Quote your all-in number. 6. **Tools you own/access** — what's already in your stack? --- **Budget** Fixed-price project. We have a budget in mind and will award to the proposal that demonstrates the best combination of relevant experience, verifiable quality standards, and realistic pricing. Include your number. --- **Who This Is NOT For** - Agencies that will subcontract to unknown offshore VAs with no QA process - Anyone who buys a generic list and resells it as custom research - Anyone who cannot document their data sources - Beginners building their first database at this scale **Who This IS For** - An experienced B2B data operator or research specialist who has done this before - Someone with existing access to sourcing tools and a repeatable verification workflow - Someone who can produce and defend the source log - Someone comfortable being measured against hard quality thresholds at delivery --- *Project type: Fixed Price | Timeline: 60 business days | Location: Open*
