Data Analyst – Bitrix24 to Odoo (Data Cleanup & Migration Project | Fixed Price)

Job Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst for a short-term, milestone-based project focused on operational data analysis, cleanup, and migration. This is not a typical BI/dashboard role. We are specifically looking for someone experienced in working with operational CRM/task data, particularly within Bitrix24, and preparing structured, migration-ready datasets for Odoo. The goal is to help us understand workload distribution (tasks per client, ownership) and ensure clean, accurate data is transferred into Odoo. Scope of Work - Extract and analyze task and client data from Bitrix24 - Identify and report: -Number of tasks per client -Task ownership and team responsibilities - Clean, structure, and standardize operational datasets - Prepare migration-ready data for Odoo - Map and transfer relevant data into Odoo - Validate and reconcile data between systems - Deliver clear, actionable summaries (not just dashboards) What We’re Really Looking For This role is best suited for someone who has experience with: - CRM or task-management data (not just financial or BI reporting) - Data cleanup and structuring of messy operational data - System-to-system data migration or data mapping 🚫 Not a fit if your experience is mainly: - Dashboarding only (Power BI/Tableau without backend data work) - Pure financial reporting without operational datasets Requirements - Proven experience as a Data Analyst (or similar role) - Experience with CRM/project tools (Bitrix24 or similar) - Experience with ERP systems (Odoo is a strong plus) - Strong skills in Excel / Google Sheets (Power BI is a plus, not required) - Experience in data cleaning, structuring, and validation - Ability to work independently and deliver within deadlines - High attention to detail and data accuracy Nice to Have - Direct experience with Bitrix24 and/or Odoo - Experience with data migration or system implementation projects - Familiarity with APIs, automation, or SQL
