Data Analyst with Talent / Performance and Comp&Ben Understanding

We are seeking a data analyst with a strong understanding of Comp&Ben to provide ongoing support with data analytics of our client data. The ideal candidate will have experience in data modeling and analysis, and be proficient in Microsoft Excel. This role involves working closely with our team to ensure accurate and insightful data analysis. Our company is a SaaS start-up in talent, performance and reward. We provide to our customers tailored data analysis as part of their package focusing on HR roadmap and Reward. Basic understanding of HR / Reward challenges is desirable. Your role will be to support with adhoc / regular analysis of data mostly in Excel. Experience in AI is also required to support streamlining our processes. Data modeling as well as BI knowledge is expected. We are looking for somebody based in European time-zones. This collaboration could turn into something more stable over time. Ideal candidate should be used to working proactively and have entrepreneur mindset.
