Data Analytics Expert

Job Description We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Analytics Expert to support our reporting, dashboarding, and data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will help transform data from NetSuite, ERP systems, sales, finance, procurement, inventory, operations, and e-commerce platforms into clear dashboards, reports, and business insights. This role is important in strengthening our reporting capability, improving data visibility, automating manual processes, and enabling better data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, and maintain dashboards using Power BI or similar BI tools. - Build management reports, KPI scorecards, and operational dashboards. - Analyze sales, inventory, procurement, finance, operations, and e-commerce data. - Extract, clean, validate, and reconcile data from ERP and business systems. - Support reporting automation and reduce manual spreadsheet-based processes. - Identify trends, gaps, risks, and business improvement opportunities. - Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into dashboards and insights. - Support NetSuite reporting, saved searches, SuiteAnalytics, and ERP-related data requirements. - Present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Qualifications & Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles. - Strong experience with Power BI or similar tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, etc. Advanced proficiency in Excel. - Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage. Familiarity with ERP systems and data extraction processes. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. - Ability to communicate complex data clearly to non-technical stakeholders. - Experience in renewable energy, distribution, trading, supply chain, or e-commerce industry is a plus. Preferred Skills - NetSuite saved searches, reports, SuiteAnalytics, or workbook experience. - SQL or database querying experience. - Power Query, DAX, and data modeling experience. - Experience building executive dashboards and operational KPI reports. - Experience automating recurring reports and manual data processes.
