About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex datasets to help drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify trends, generate insights, and create data-driven solutions. Key Responsibilities Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources. Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. Create and maintain SQL queries for data extraction and reporting. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights. Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting requirements. Present findings and recommendations to management and stakeholders. Support data quality initiatives and ensure data accuracy. Assist in forecasting, business planning, and performance analysis. Automate recurring reports and improve reporting efficiency. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar visualization tools. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query). Basic to intermediate knowledge of Python or R for data analysis.
