US Data Collection Partner for Audio/Video Project

We are seeking an experienced freelancer, agency, or data collection partner to support a large-scale US-based audio/video data collection project. At this stage, we are collecting quotations and assessing capabilities before submitting our final proposal to our client. Project Scope The project includes two possible delivery models: • Remote recordings (via Zoom) • On-site recordings (participants in the same room) The selected partner should be able to recruit US participants, manage recording sessions, and support transcription if required. Technical Requirements • Video: Minimum 1080p • 30 FPS minimum (60 FPS preferred) • Separate audio channels • Audio sampling rate: 24 kHz or higher • Audio/Video synchronization within 20 ms • MP4 (H.264) output • No audio bleed between speakers Participant Requirements Participants must: • Be located in the United States • Not reside in: o Washington (WA) o Illinois (IL) o Texas (TX) o Colorado (CO) o Connecticut (CT) The project also requires meeting demographic diversity targets across: • Gender • Age groups • Ethnicity • Weight categories (Complete demographic requirements will be shared with shortlisted candidates.)
