Data Collection Vendor for Image/Video Dataset

We are seeking an experienced data collection vendor/agency to recruit participants and capture a structured image and video dataset for biometric anti-spoofing / liveness detection research. This project covers Print Attack and Replay Attack categories only — Mask Attack is out of scope for this engagement. The vendor will be responsible for recruiting 20 unique participants total (10 allocated to Print Attack, 10 allocated to Replay Attack), with no participant overlap between the two categories. Participants must be sourced to match a specified demographic distribution across ethnicity, age, and gender. The vendor is expected to manage end-to-end data capture — including consent documentation, equipment setup, and session logistics — and deliver a complete, quality-controlled dataset of images and videos that meets our technical specifications and labeling requirements.
