Summary

I need an experienced data collector to extract structured profile information from 342 entries on a professional directory website and enter the data into a spreadsheet. The task requires attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. The ideal candidate will have experience in data collection and be able to complete the task efficiently. AHLA ARBITRATION ROSTER RESEARCH PROJECT Upwork Instructions and Reference Document June 28, 2026 SECTION 1: PROJECT OVERVIEW This document provides complete instructions for collecting data on every neutral listed on the AHLA Dispute Resolution Service arbitration roster. It includes the full column list, data source rules, and handling rules for every known data scenario. IMPORTANT: This project covers the ARBITRATION roster only, not the mediation roster. The arbitration roster currently shows 342 entries as of June 28, 2026. Do not collect data from the mediation roster. Your deliverable must account for all 342 arbitration roster entries. The completed spreadsheet will contain 342 rows and 203 columns, for a total of 69,426 fields. If your final count differs from 342, note the discrepancy and identify any duplicates found or entries that appeared to be missing or inaccessible. SECTION 2: DATA SOURCE AND SCOPE Data is collected from one source only: the AHLA profile page for each neutral on the arbitration roster, including all form fields, checkboxes, and bio text as displayed on that page. IMPORTANT RULES: • Do NOT navigate to LinkedIn, law firm websites, external resumes, or any other source for any reason. • Do NOT follow any link that takes you off the AHLA profile page. • If a field on the profile says 'see resume' or directs you to an external source, enter N/A for that field. Do not follow the reference. • If a data point cannot be confirmed from the profile page, enter N/A. Do not guess. SECTION 3: GENERAL DATA ENTRY RULES • Deliver the spreadsheet in Excel format (.xlsx) only. • One row per neutral. • Never leave a cell blank. If something does not apply or is not available from the profile page, enter N/A. • In experience number fields, always enter 0 if none are listed. Never enter N/A in a number field. • For all text fields including name, title, location, bio, rate, training, cancellation policy, travel policy, and availability: copy and paste exactly as shown on the profile page. Do not retype or paraphrase. • For Health Law Expertise checkbox fields: place a Y in the numbered column for each box that is checked. Leave the cell blank if the box is not checked. • For Health Law Expertise Others Specify fields: copy and paste exactly as written on the profile page. If blank, enter N/A. • For Attorney Status: enter Y, N, or Unclear only. • Always use the word matters, not cases, in any notes you write. SECTION 4: COLUMN LIST AND INSTRUCTIONS Columns must appear in the exact order listed below. This order follows the sequence information appears on the AHLA profile page. Enter N/A for anything not applicable or not available. • In experience number fields, always enter 0 rather than N/A when a role exists but shows no matters. • Deliver in Excel format (.xlsx) only.
