Data Entry Assistant for Large Product Database and Inventory Records

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-commerce Data Entry Specialist to support our Shopify store operations. The primary responsibility of this role is to manually extract product information from a specified website and accurately upload it to our Shopify store. This includes gathering product titles, descriptions, pricing, images, variants, categories, tags, and any other relevant product details, then entering the information into Shopify one product at a time. The ideal candidate will ensure that all product listings are accurate, well-formatted, and consistent with our store standards. Attention to detail is essential, as you will be responsible for verifying product information, maintaining data quality, and ensuring that uploaded products are displayed correctly on the website. Required Skills: Experience with Shopify product listing and management. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy. Ability to manually extract and organize information from websites. Excellent attention to detail and quality control. Basic understanding of e-commerce product catalog management. Ability to upload and format product images within Shopify. Familiarity with product variants, categories, collections, and tags. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions. Basic written English communication skills.
