Data Entry | CRM Assistant

Supreme Real Estate is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Virtual Assistant to support our growing sales team by researching leads and maintaining our CRM. Responsibilities: Build prospect lists based on provided criteria Verify that properties are not currently listed for sale Enter new leads into our CRM (GoHighLevel) Apply tags, notes, and pipeline stages according to company procedures Maintain organized and accurate records Report completed work and daily progress Qualifications Strong attention to detail Excellent organizational skills Comfortable working independently Experience with spreadsheets and CRM systems preferred Experience with real estate lead generation is a plus Ability to follow detailed processes and standard operating procedures Reliable internet connection and computer What Success Looks Like Accurate lead lists Clean CRM records Consistent daily production Reliable turnaround times High attention to detail Strong communication with the sales team Schedule: Part-time Approximately 10-15 hours per week Flexible schedule with agreed-upon deadlines If you're organized, dependable, and enjoy supporting a high-performing sales team behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
