Data Entry & Cleanup Specialist for Salesforce CRM

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Cleanup Specialist to review, update, and organize records in our Salesforce CRM. The main goal of this project is to improve the accuracy and quality of our CRM data so our sales team can easily find and use the correct information. *Key Responsibilities: * Enter new contact, company, lead, and account information into Salesforce * Review existing records and correct inaccurate information * Remove duplicate contacts, companies, and outdated records * Update missing fields such as name, job title, email, phone number, company, and address * Standardize data formatting across all Salesforce records * Organize leads, accounts, contacts, and opportunities correctly * Verify information through company websites, LinkedIn, and Google research when required * Identify incomplete records and report any data issues * Follow our instructions and maintain a high level of accuracy *Requirements: * Previous experience with Salesforce CRM * Strong data entry and data cleanup skills * Excellent attention to detail * Experience with web research and data verification * Ability to identify duplicate, missing, and incorrect data * Good communication and ability to follow instructions * Availability to complete the project within the agreed timeline Please include your previous Salesforce experience, availability, and estimated hours needed to complete the project.
