Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive freelancer to support our lead generation and CRM management tasks. The role includes researching potential leads, finding accurate contact details, performing outreach, and maintaining all data in HubSpot CRM. You will be responsible for identifying and collecting contact information of potential prospects, including names, emails, job titles, companies, and LinkedIn profiles. You will conduct online research to find relevant leads and verify the accuracy of all data before entering it into the CRM. You will also manage outreach activities by sending emails to prospects, following up when needed, and tracking all communication. All leads, activities, and updates must be properly recorded and maintained in HubSpot CRM to ensure clean and organized data. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail are extremely important in this role as you will be handling both research and CRM management tasks. Requirements: Experience with HubSpot CRM or similar CRM platforms Strong skills in online research and contact finding Experience in lead generation or data scraping is a plus Good English communication skills (written) Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets High attention to detail and data accuracy Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
