Responsibilities: Enter data from various sources into spreadsheets, databases, or CRM systems Convert PDF, scanned, and image-based documents into Word or Excel Format and organize documents for consistency and readability Verify data accuracy and correct errors when necessary Maintain organized digital files and records Perform data cleaning, validation, and duplicate removal Meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards Handle confidential information with professionalism Requirements: Proven experience in data entry and document conversion Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Sheets Fast typing speed with excellent accuracy Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
