Data Entry Executive (Offshore Position) Join the MyToyShop Team MyToyShop, a Singapore-based toy and hobby retailer, is looking for a dedicated offshore Data Entry Executive to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations. This is a long-term position for an individual who is reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to growing with the company. The successful candidate will play an important role in maintaining product listings, updating information across our online platforms, and ensuring smooth daily operations. We are seeking someone who takes ownership of their work, communicates effectively in English, and can work independently while meeting deadlines. Position Data Entry Executive (Offshore) Working Hours 6 Days a Week (Monday to Saturday) 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Singapore Time Job Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and maintain records in company databases and systems. Update and manage product listings across e-commerce platforms. Upload and maintain product descriptions, specifications, images, and pricing information. Monitor and ensure accuracy of online store content. Prepare reports and documents using Microsoft Office applications. Create and edit simple graphics, promotional materials, and content using Canva. Ensure all data is entered accurately and efficiently. Assist with administrative and operational tasks as assigned. Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and business requirements. Requirements Proficient in computer usage and data entry. Familiar with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.). Knowledge of Canva and basic graphic design is an advantage. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines when required. Responsible, dependable, and able to work independently. Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative.
