**📣 Hiring Immediately – Data Entry & General Customer Service Specialist (Remote)** **American Dream Home Remodeling** American Dream Home Remodeling is seeking a **detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated Data Entry & General Customer Service Specialist** to join our growing team. If you communicate clearly, follow instructions well, stay organized, and enjoy completing tasks efficiently, we’d like to hear from you. ### Position Overview This role supports daily business operations through accurate data management and professional customer communication. The ideal candidate is proactive, task-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities while maintaining attention to detail. ### Schedule 🕗 **Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM** Please note: Certain projects, deadlines, or business needs may occasionally require availability outside of standard business hours. ### Responsibilities * Enter and maintain accurate customer and project information * Update records, spreadsheets, and internal systems * Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly * Schedule appointments and manage customer communication * Document customer interactions and updates * Follow written and verbal instructions carefully * Support administrative and operational tasks as assigned * Manage priorities and complete assignments on time ### Qualifications ✔ Prior experience in **data entry** required ✔ Prior experience in **customer service** required ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Clear and professional speaking ability ✔ Ability to follow instructions accurately ✔ Highly organized and task-oriented ✔ Comfortable using computers, email, spreadsheets, and CRM systems ✔ Strong attention to detail and time management skills ### Preferred (Not Required) ⭐ Experience in **residential remodeling, construction, home improvement, or related industries** ### What We’re Looking For * Reliable and responsive professionals * Positive attitude and strong work ethic * Ability to work independently * Commitment to quality, accuracy, and professionalism * Someone who takes ownership of tasks and communicates effectively **Hiring Immediately.** If you meet the qualifications and are ready to contribute in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply.
