Data Entry Operator Needed with Verified Sales Navigator Account – 2 Week Project

Job Description We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Operator for a short-term project of approximately 2 weeks with Verified Sales Navigator account on Linkedin Preference will be given to candidates who can speak Bengali or Urdu, along with good English speaking skills. The ideal candidate should be accurate, organized, and able to categorize contacts properly. Responsibilities The selected freelancer will be responsible for: Extracting data from Linkedin Sales Navigator Entering business card details into a spreadsheet or database Capturing information such as name, company, title, email, phone number, website, and location Organizing the data in a clean and professional format Categorizing contacts based on company type, role, industry, or other given categories Checking for duplicate entries and removing or highlighting duplicates Formatting the data so it is ready for CRM use Ensuring accuracy and consistency across all entries Maintaining confidentiality of all contact information Required Skills Strong data entry skills Good attention to detail Experience with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM databases Ability to organize and categorize business contacts Basic understanding of business card information Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Good English reading skills Project Duration This is a project-based role for approximately 2 weeks.
