Data Entry & Research Assistant Development and Outreach

Wise Girlz Inc. is a 501c3 Nonprofit Organization looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Virtual Assistant to assist our Development and Outreach department with a specific data entry and research project. What you will do: Online Research: You will research local small businesses and LLCs online using a specific Business Entity Search directory for the county and city we serve. Filter Criteria: You must verify that the businesses found are listed as "Active Status" and are in "Good Standing. Data Entry: You will open a link to our dedicated, staff-only webpage (no login or password required) and type the business names, street addresses, city, state, and zip codes directly into our online Microsoft Form. Document Preparation: Once the data automatically populates our backend Microsoft Excel spreadsheet, you will help apply these names and addresses to our pre-generated general donation request letters for mail-out. What we provide: A 100% remote workflow with flexible, as-needed hours. Comprehensive training via a live Google Meets video call to ensure you feel confident and supported. Clear instructions and direct resource links. Requirements: High speed and total accuracy with data entry and copy-pasting (Accuracy Verification is a must).Reliable internet connection.
