We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to manage Lead Data Entry and bulk record updates in our CRM Software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Data Entry, CRM Data Entry, Customer Database management, and maintaining accurate lead records. This role requires handling large volumes of data while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and data quality. Responsibilities: * Perform Data Entry and CRM Data Entry for bulk lead records * Update customer, company, and contact information in CRM Software * Process Lead Data Entry and maintain an accurate Customer Database * Update, organize, and maintain CRM records and contact lists * Perform Data Processing, Data Cleansing, and data validation * Maintain Database Management standards and ensure data consistency * Review and update existing records with accurate information * Complete Data Entry tasks according to project requirements and deadlines * Ensure all CRM Software records remain complete, organized, and up to date
