Data Entry Specialist | Data Collection, Data Cleaning & Data Management

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our growing team with accurate data entry, data collection, data cleaning, and data management tasks. This role involves entering, updating, verifying, and organizing information across spreadsheets, databases, and online systems while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidate will have experience with manual data entry, online data entry, copy-paste tasks, PDF to Excel conversion, image-to-text data entry, data extraction, data mining, data validation, records management, and spreadsheet management. You will work with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, CRM databases, and various web-based platforms to ensure data remains clean, consistent, and up-to-date. Responsibilities include data updating, data formatting, database maintenance, web research, document conversion, transaction data entry, CRM data entry, and organizing large datasets for reporting and analysis. Strong attention to detail, fast and accurate typing skills, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
