Data Entry Specialist | Excel & CRM

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist who can accurately collect, organize, and maintain data across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with spreadsheets, online research, CRM systems, and modern AI-powered tools to improve efficiency while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Key Responsibilities * Enter, update, and verify data in spreadsheets, databases, and CRM systems. * Conduct online research to gather and validate information from reliable sources. * Organize and clean datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency. * Maintain customer, product, and business records with attention to detail. * Use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data management, reporting, and analysis. * Assist with lead generation and contact list building through web research. * Utilize AI-assisted tools to streamline repetitive data processing tasks while ensuring quality control. * Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and incomplete records. * Generate basic reports and summaries based on collected data. * Follow established procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality. Required Skills * Strong data entry and typing skills with a high level of accuracy. * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets. * Experience with web research and information gathering. * Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar systems. * Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities. * Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. * Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
