Data Entry Specialist Needed for E-commerce & Lead Generation Project

Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Specialist to help with ongoing data management tasks for our growing e-commerce and lead generation projects. The ideal candidate will accurately enter and update product data on our Shopify store, including titles, descriptions, prices, images, and variants. You will also be responsible for performing online/offline data entry from PDFs, scanned images, and websites into Excel or Google Sheets, along with conducting web research to find and verify B2B leads such as company names, emails, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles. Additionally, the role involves cleaning, formatting, and organizing large datasets for accuracy, copy-pasting data between CRM systems and spreadsheets, and performing data scraping and collection from various online sources. We expect 100% accuracy with zero errors in all final deliverables.
