Data Entry Specialist – Social Media Content Curation (Instagram to Web Platform

We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable freelancer to manage weekly data entry and content curation for an upcoming event platform. The role involves monitoring specific Instagram pages (venues, organizers, and artists), extracting event details, and uploading both the data and event flyers to our system. This is a recurring weekly task that requires roughly 2–3 hours per week to start, with potential for growth as the platform expands. Key Responsibilities Monitor & Track: Check a curated list of 20–30 Instagram accounts weekly for new event announcements. Data Extraction: Accurately extract key details from Instagram posts/captions, including event names, dates, times, lineups, locations, and ticket links. Image Management: Download the event flyer/image directly from the Instagram post and upload it to our platform storage (Supabase). Data Entry: Input the structured details and attach the uploaded image link into our content management system/database cleanly and accurately.
