Data Entry Specialist & E-commerce Operations VA (Excel/Google Sheets)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist & Operations VA to help us manage, clean, and organize our e-commerce databases and client registries. If you love working with data, have a sharp eye for formatting, and enjoy keeping digital operations structured, this role is a perfect fit. This is a backend support role focused purely on data accuracy, spreadsheet management, and routine store checks. Key Responsibilities Data Entry & Database Cleaning: Bulk data entry, cleaning, and formatting of client lists, customer CRMs, and business lead data in Google Sheets/Excel. Shuffling and organizing contact records, ensuring no duplicate entries or broken fields exist. E-commerce Product & Inventory Logging: Creating and updating product inventory sheets, mapping out correct SKUs, price variants, and stock details. Preparing raw product data into structured CSV files ready for platform imports. Digital Asset & Link Tracking: Maintaining master sheets that track active links, portfolio images, and system folders. Cross-checking that all uploaded project assets match the corresponding rows in our spreadsheets. Basic Store & Text Audits: Reviewing text blocks, status update notes, and simple tracking layouts to ensure they match our internal guidelines perfectly. Required Skills & Qualifications Data Entry Expertise: Fast and highly accurate typing skills with a zero-error mindset for numbers and strings. Spreadsheet Master: Excellent command over Google Sheets and MS Excel (sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, text-to-columns, and data validation). High Organization Skills: Ability to handle large sheets with hundreds of rows without messing up the structural formatting. Reliability: Strict adherence to guidelines and instructions regarding how data names and fields should be structured.
