Data Entry Specialist

Timesheet Reconciliation & Data Validation Provision is required for a designated resource to undertake a weekly administrative function to ensure accurate recording and validation of workforce hours. This work will be carried out each Monday and will include: - Collection and review of timesheets submitted for the previous working period - Reconciliation of timesheet data against the agreed workforce roster to confirm accuracy of hours worked, shift allocations, and attendance - Identification and investigation of discrepancies, including missing entries, incorrect hours, or mismatches with the roster - Input of verified data into designated spreadsheets and internal tracking systems - Cross-referencing across multiple spreadsheets to ensure consistency and alignment of records - Preparation of validated data to support payroll processing, reporting, and audit requirements - Liaison with supervisors or management to clarify or resolve any identified issues The purpose of this activity is to maintain robust data integrity, ensure accurate payroll input, and provide an auditable trail of workforce attendance in line with operational and compliance requirements.
