Operations Data Specialist (Remote) About the Role: Regis Staffing Group is looking for a highly organized Operations Data Specialist to support our daily operations. This is not a creative position. It is a process-driven role designed for someone who enjoys following systems, checking details, and completing repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy. If you enjoy organization, structure, and creating order from information, you'll likely enjoy this position. What You'll Do Your responsibilities may include: Enter data into multiple company systems. Update records accurately and consistently. Follow written Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Process operational reports. Review information for errors or missing details. Maintain organized digital records. Complete recurring daily operational tasks. Update Monday.com boards. Work inside our proprietary staffing software. Communicate with our operations team when information is incomplete. Help maintain the accuracy of payroll, scheduling, and operational records. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: Loves organization. Pays close attention to detail. Can perform repetitive work without losing accuracy. Follows instructions exactly. Is dependable and consistent. Doesn't cut corners. Learns software quickly. Is comfortable working independently. Has excellent written English. Has reliable internet and a quiet workspace. Experience with Monday.com, CRMs, spreadsheets, staffing software, or operations support is a plus, but not required. We can teach our systems. We cannot teach consistency. Schedule We're looking for someone with open availability. This role requires daily coverage, including weekends. Typical workload is approximately 35–40 hours per week, with shifts generally lasting around 5 hours per day. Because our operation runs seven days a week, we may hire two specialists to ensure continuous coverage. Reliability is one of the most important qualifications for this position.
