Data Entry Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately transfer information from PDF files and documents into well-formatted Excel and Google Sheets. The selected freelancer will be responsible for entering data with high accuracy, cleaning and organizing spreadsheets, removing duplicates, and performing a final quality check before delivery. We will provide all source files, templates, and clear instructions through Upwork. The ideal candidate has proven experience with data entry, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, strong attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines. This is a fixed-price project with potential for ongoing work. All communication, files, and payment will be handled through Upwork’s platform in accordance with Upwork’s Terms of Service.
