Data Entry - Talent Researcher for Audiovisual Industry

We are an early-stage AI initiative building a curated network of audiovisual industry professionals (cinematographers, editors, colorists, VFX artists, sound designers, directors, motion designers) for our upcoming Generative AI Video evaluation platform. We need a highly detail-oriented researcher to map professional profiles from Vimeo, Behance, LinkedIn, and IMDb into a structured database. This is strictly a research and data entry role. No outreach, no sales, no contacting candidates. Your Tasks: - Search audiovisual professionals on Vimeo, Behance, LinkedIn, and IMDb. - Verify portfolio quality (must have visible work updated in the last 12 months). - Extract structured data into our Google Sheet template. - Categorize each profile by professional role, seniority, and country , adding Linkedin or webpage. - Find verified contact emails using your B2B tools. Target Professional Categories: - Cinematographers / Directors of Photography - Editors (with narrative experience — film, documentary, series) - Colorists - VFX Artists / VFX Supervisors - Directors - Sound Designers / Post-sound Specialists - Motion Designers / Animators Quality Criteria (Mandatory for every profile): If a profile doesn't meet at least 3 of these 4 criteria, do not include it: - Visible portfolio with at least 3 completed projects (Vimeo/Behance preferred). - Activity in the last 12 months. - Verifiable credentials (production credits, education, recognized work, linkedin or webpage). - Contact email verified with a B2B tool. Strict Requirements: - Obsessive attention to detail. - Ability to evaluate portfolio quality and understand the difference between a professional cinematographer/editor and a generic videomaker. YOU MUST HAVE YOUR OWN PREMIUM ACCOUNTS for email verification tools (Apollo, Hunter, Lusha, etc.). We will NOT provide logins or reimburse subscription costs. Each milestone unlocks the next based on quality delivery. - M0 (Paid Test): USD 8 for 25 curated profiles in 24 hours. Used to validate alignment before the full project. - M1 (LatAm Tier 1): USD 45 for 500 profiles from Argentina, Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, and Chile. - M2 (LatAm Tier 2 + Europe Selective): USD 55 for 700 profiles from Spain, Peru, Uruguay, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary, and Serbia. - M3 (Asia Selective): USD 40 for 400 profiles from India, South Korea, Thailand, Philippines, and Romania. - M4 (Premium Tier — Senior Profiles Only): USD 65 for 350 senior profiles from United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, and Western Europe selective (France, Germany, Netherlands). Note: Premium Tier has stricter quality criteria (5+ years experience, verifiable IMDb credits OR recognized production company credits).
