Data Entry Task - Commercial Real Estate

Description: Hi! I'm a real estate investor looking to purchase a mobile home park, and I have a large existing directory of mobile home parks across Tennessee that needs to be organized and filtered. This is a straightforward data task; no research required, just working with information that's already in a document. What I need: I have a spreadsheet directory of mobile home parks in Tennessee. I need you to go through it and pull only the parks that meet ALL of the following criteria: Located in one of these metro areas: Nashville, Knoxville, or Chattanooga Between 30 and 100 lots (the number of lots is listed in the directory) Has an owner name and at least a mailing address listed Deliverable: A clean Excel or Google Sheets spreadsheet with the following columns: Park name Number of lots Park address Owner name Owner mailing address Owner phone number (if listed) County Important: Please do not add or research any information beyond what is already in the document. Accuracy is more important than speed. I will be using this list for a direct mail campaign so every entry needs to be correct. Before I confirm this project I'd love to know: 1.
