Data Entry and Payroll Sheet

Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Excel & Data Entry Specialist to help us create, organize, and streamline a comprehensive Payroll Sheet. The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, advanced Excel skills, and prior experience dealing with employee data and payroll calculations. Key Responsibilities: - Accurate data entry of employee details, attendance, working hours, and salary rates. - Design and build a structured, dynamic, and automated Excel payroll sheet. - Implement necessary formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, SUMIFS, IF statements) to automate deductions, bonuses, taxes, and net salary calculations. - Ensure data confidentiality and accuracy across all entries. - Deliver a clean, well-formatted, and user-friendly spreadsheet that can be easily updated monthly. Required Skills: - Proven experience in Data Entry and Administrative support. - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data validation, formatting). - Previous experience in HR tasks, specifically Payroll management or sheet creation. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to confidentiality. - Good communication skills and ability to meet deadlines.
