Data Entry for Blog Creation by AI

We are looking for a detail-oriented Freelance AI Content Specialist to assist with our weekly blog production workflow. Your primary role will be to transform raw data from our Excel database into high-quality, published blog posts on our website. Key Responsibilities: 1/ Prompt Management: Retrieve blog topics, target keywords, and internal link URLs from our Excel sheet. 2/ AI Content Generation: Input prompts into AI tools to generate engaging blog content in Arabic. Customization: Carefully adjust prompts to include specific target keywords and correctly insert internal links (as provided in the Excel file) into the content structure before generation. 3/ Translation: Translate the finalized Arabic blog content into high-quality English using AI tools (ensuring quality checks). 4/ Publishing: Upload both the Arabic and English versions to our CMS dashboard, formatted and ready for publication. Requirements: Proficiency in Arabic & English: High fluency is required for quality control and editing. AI Tool Literacy: Experience in using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to generate and refine content. Attention to Detail: Ability to follow specific instructions regarding keyword placement and internal linking without errors. CMS Experience: Familiarity with website backends (WordPress or similar) for content formatting and publishing. Data Handling: Comfortable working with Excel spreadsheets to track tasks and manage links. Workload: Estimated 10–15 hours per month. This is an ongoing, weekly task-based role.
