Data Export and Migration from SQL Database

Summary

I am migrating data that is currently in a data management platform with a SQL backend. The export needs to be in a flat file format containing specific data from some of the tables, as well as link paths to physical files. The necessary data is spread across multiple tables in the database. We will need to be able to run it against roughly 50 database, one for each project in the document management system. This project will start ASAP and need to kick off in short order.
