AI Data & Intelligence Architect

We are seeking an experienced AI Data & Automation expert to design and build an executive intelligence platform for a fast growing international consumer brand. The objective is to create a single source of truth that consolidates data from multiple business systems and uses AI to generate actionable insights, forecasting and recommendations for leadership. Initial integrations will include: • Shopify • Recharge • Klaviyo • Meta Ads • Google Ads • Amazon Seller Central • TikTok Shop • Finance system (Xero currently, with future ERP integration) The platform should consolidate data into a central warehouse and provide: • Daily executive briefings / split by territory • Revenue and margin reporting • Customer acquisition and retention insights • Subscription performance analysis • Inventory forecasting • Marketing performance monitoring • Retail and marketplace performance reporting • Automated alerts for risks and opportunities Examples of the outputs we are looking for: "Meta spend increased 18% week on week but conversions only increased 4%." "Current inventory levels indicate Product X will reach low stock within 45 days." "Based on current trends, month end revenue is forecast to finish 7% below plan." We are not looking for a basic dashboard developer. We are looking for someone who can architect a modern AI driven business intelligence environment that provides predictive insights rather than historical reporting. Please include in your proposal: • Examples of similar AI, data warehouse or executive reporting projects • Recommended technology stack • Experience with Shopify, Recharge, Klaviyo and advertising platforms • Experience building AI agents, automated reporting or forecasting systems • Estimated timeline for Phase 1 delivery Phase 1 objective: Build the data architecture, connect core platforms, create an executive dashboard and deliver a daily AI generated CEO briefing. There is potential for a long term engagement to expand the platform into additional areas including ERP, retail data, project management and operational intelligence.
