Data & Medical Annotator (US Native English Speaker)

We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented individuals based in the US with native US English proficiency to join our team as Freelance Data Annotators, with a focus on Medical Annotations. This role involves meticulously processing and annotating data according to specific guidelines. Project Goal: The primary goal of this project is to ensure high-quality, accurately annotated data to support various initiatives, particularly in the medical field. Your precise work will be crucial for the success of these data-driven projects. Responsibilities: - Data Annotation: Accurately perform data annotation tasks according to provided project guidelines. - Medical Annotation Focus: Apply specific protocols and attention to detail for medical-related annotation tasks. - Repetitive Task Management: Efficiently and effectively work on repetitive tasks while maintaining high accuracy and minimizing errors. - Guideline Adherence: Strictly follow all project-specific instructions and quality standards. - Communication: Report any issues, provide feedback, and communicate effectively with the team as needed. Considerations include: - Accuracy & Precision: Ensuring annotations are correct, complete, and meticulously applied. - Consistency: Applying annotation rules uniformly across all assigned tasks. - Efficiency: Completing tasks within expected timeframes without compromising quality. - Error Minimization: Striving for minimal errors through careful work and self-correction. Requirements: - Native US English Proficiency: Excellent command of the US English language (reading, writing, listening, and understanding). - Availability: Commitment to working 8 hours per day, 6 days a week. - Residency: Must currently be living in the US. - Attention to Detail: Proven ability to focus on details and maintain high accuracy. - Basic Computer Literacy: Comfortable using computers and potentially new software/platforms for annotation. - Repetitive Task Aptitude: Ability to work on repetitive tasks efficiently and effectively. - Strong Work Ethic: Possess high motivation, a proactive attitude, and a desire to learn. - Communication & Analytical Skills: Good communication, analytical, and reasoning abilities. - Team Player: Collaborative nature and ability to work well within a team structure. - Priority Management: Proven ability to manage priorities effectively.
